Do you want to back up your Minecraft world you've been working on for months just in case? Or do you want to take your Minecraft world with you to play on another computer? Well here is the tutorial you need! {Mac OS X only}
1. Go to your Mac's desktop and make sure that it says "Finder" in the top left corner of your menu bar.
2. Hold down the "Option" key on your keyboard.
3. While holding "Option", click on the Go in your Mac's menu bar.
4. Click on "Library".
5. Release the Option key.
6. Click on "Application Support".
7. Find and click on the "Minecraft" folder.
8. Scroll down to the "Saves" folder.
9. Open "Saves" and find your savegame's name on the list.
10. Drag your save to the desktop.
11. Drag your saved game off the desktop and onto your external Hard Drive (optional).
